You're ranking your list off too many recent changes, I feel like the list should be the same no matter what the time is. Maining a champ is about the longevity, the lowest AND highest points taken into account, which is why Akali is so low despite the high ceiling. Also think how good a new player is vs a main. Ezreal would be amazing to main as he's almost always meta and not changed often.
