IMO: rocketbelt is especially good for Lategame – after your third item it doesn’t really matter if you have rocketbelt or harvester as you one shot almost everyone in either case. So basically you do not need the extra harvester damage. However it’s easy to proc your w if you just rocketbelt + q. This gives enemy way less reaction time and gives you opportunity to make easy picks even if they are grouping.

i usually go futures market because the item buy amounts are really awkward on eve. After Deathcap and Mejais nerfs, you have 3 purchases of 1250 gold and one purchase of 1300 gold, as compared to 2 purchases of 1250 gold, one 1100 gold, and one 1050 gold from before. Also, getting hextech alternator and dark seal is a really hard amount of gold to get without futures market or waiting forever.

ezreal top is pretty spicy, you should try it. it’s like vayne top but slightly weaker, but you can also build tank items like sunderer and titanic
